Reiki & Empaths- Transformation Through Inner Centering & Honoring Energetic Boundaries

The chief operative forces, in the life of an empath are, their intensity of 'feeling', & their need to be 'authentic', described by many to be a curse, for the pain it causes them; & a rare gift, when truly understood, & embraced, with love. As someone always very heart centered & intrinsically inclined towards integrity in human conduct, I was forever seeming to be getting easily, & extra shaken by the energies of the environment & people around me. This required me way more effort than most people, to stay in my power, & not knowing why. In this talk, I share some of my journey, & the role that beautiful, gentle, but deeply powerful Reiki energy can play, in bringing all people, especially empaths, to a place of greater inner centering that they might once have only wished for. Reiki has continued to bring me so much to be grateful for- inner cleansing, emotional awareness, acceptance, grounding, strength, peace, & wisdom. By the time, I became aware of the term 'Empath, & of the fact I was one, so much more of me started making sense to me; including why Reiki has always felt so 'authentically' comforting! Reiki has all the qualities of being an unconditional, all weather friend that all empaths desire; & Holy Fire Reiki feels even more powerfully pure. I truly believe that it has immense potential, whether as a holistic or spiritual tool. It can bring a steady physical, mental, & emotional anchoring to empaths, empowering them with access to the ability of honoring their energetic boundaries through stimuli that once threatened to drown them.
