Shuchi Arora

As an empath, I've always felt an intrinsic pull to explore a deeper meaning to my existence, & a wellbeing that integrates rather than separates the mind, body, & spirit. I have thus, instinctively been inclined towards all things spiritual, mystical, & metaphysical since mid teenage. Through the many beautiful explorations & insights on this journey of seeking, Reiki became an inseparable part of my life in 2010, post learning Reiki level 1 & 2 , back in India. I am also a practitioner of the Buddhist Vipassana meditation (as believed to have been discovered & taught by Gautama Buddha). Vipassana became a part of my life, post mustering the courage to attempt my first 10 day formal course near New Delhi, India, in 2011. Both these practices brought me my first, solid experiences of inner centering & deeper grounding in every aspect of life. I am grateful to be a lifelong seeker, continuously evolving on this path. I'm also a qualified member of the Reiki Membership Association, & the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy.
